Description
During my recent sessions in Glacier National Park, one of my goals was to find outstanding scenic landscapes that have not been over photographed. This is a beautiful scene that certainly qualifies! Easily identified as a Montana wilderness scenic, I found the effort to be here during such beautiful light and far from the tourist was well worth it and I hope you do to.
This scene was captured along Cut Bank Creek in a very remote corner of Glacier National Park. Far from the "bear jams" on Going to The Sun Road. The placid creek takes a gentle "S" curve, leading the viewers eye right to the jagged peaks of Eagle Plume, Bad Marriage and Mad Wolf Mountains. The very last rays of sunlight cast a warm tone upon the granite monoliths which adds a special drama and tone to this unique setting.
Note, for the highest possible quality Acrylic Glass prints on 1/4" thick glass and (2) finishes be sure to head over to Tom's official homepage website!
