Artist's Description
I was ecstatic when I happened to cross paths with this charming, bucolic Sugar House in south-central Vermont. I've photographed many vintage sugar shacks hidden in Vermont's Green Mountains, perhaps this fine example had the most character of them all.
I had dappled sunlight filtered through the clouds and the occasional snowflakes would fall from the sky. The low contrast light and slightly warm hues of filtered sunlight was perfect to capture the pure rustic countryside pace of time in Vermont
